1. When spending reaches the specified amount, use the additional discount code to receive a discount when purchasing products via the M Chat & Shop online channel, only on the specified dates. Excluding Power Mall, Gourmet Market, liquor/Wine Cellar, gift vouchers, all types of prepaid cards, infant and toddler milk formula stage 1 and stage 2, and non-participating products.
2. Register to receive the discount privilege via the M Card App only.

Limited to 1 additional discount code per order, per M Card number, per receipt, throughout the promotion period.

M Chat & Shop privileges are limited throughout the promotion period as follows:

– Receive an additional 100 baht discount when spending 3,000 baht or more (after discounts deducted) per receipt.
Limited to 80 privileges for purchases via M Chat & Shop throughout the promotion period.

– Receive an additional 600 baht discount when spending 12,000 baht or more (after discounts deducted) per receipt.
Limited to 40 privileges for purchases via M Chat & Shop throughout the promotion period.

– Receive an additional 1,800 baht discount when spending 30,000 baht or more (after discounts deducted) per receipt.
Limited to 80 privileges for purchases via M Chat & Shop throughout the promotion period.

– Limited to 1 privilege per discount code, per M Card number, throughout the promotion period.

– The additional discount code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

– The purchase amount eligible for using this additional discount code must be the net amount after all other applicable promotional discounts have been deducted only.

3. We reserve the right to allow the use only one discount code, either an additional code from this promotion or any other discount codes such as monthly discounts or other offers.
4. 4. The additional discount code for M Chat & Shop can be used only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 6 March – 26 April 2026 (24 days).

–  If a product return results in the total purchase amount falling below the required spending condition, the customer must return the full discount received.

– The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without   prior notice. In case of any dispute, the department store’s decision shall be final.
